For one special evening, November 1, 2024, the experience will be guided by our Director of Winemaking, Brittany Sherwood, as Heitz Cellar wines are paired with a special menu by guest chef Chef Sagar Gaikwad from Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico. Each course will be inspired by Diwali traditions and Chef Gaikwad’s rich culinary heritage.
