2012 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2012 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon possesses incredible harmony and elegance. A mild spring in 2012 was followed by warm temperatures in the summer and fall, leading to long, slow ripening. Produced in a textbook vintage, this wine presents notes of black cherry and red current, complemented by mocha and mint.

2008 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Sold Out!
Deep ruby in color, this wine displays an expressive bouquet of cassis, blackberry, eucalyptus, and graphite with underlying notes of leather, tobacco, and forest floor. Closing in on age 17, it’s full-bodied with velvety texture, offering concentrated dark fruit flavors of black cherry and plum complimented by mint, anise, and smoky mineral elements. The wine shows excellent structure and finishes long with lingering black fruit and herbal complexity. Still so young!

2009 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Sold Out!
Full ruby in color, with no bricking, the 2009 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon sports a gorgeous bottle bouquet comprising black cherry liqueur, red summer plums, leather, tobacco, and roast walnut. Medium-bodied and generous, earthy in the best way, it’s soft, supple, and very long, with a hint of vanillin in the finish. A tour de force with many miles left to go in the tank, this is delicious to drink now—or in ten years.

2010 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Sold Out!
Dark ruby with youthful intensity, the 2010 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon opens with bright aromas of boysenberry and mint alongside eucalyptus and citrus peel. Highly structured, this wine demands patience or substantial decanting. The palate reveals firm tannins and pronounced acidity that will carry it decades into the future. Dark chocolate and spice notes develop slowly. While the mintiness dissipates with air, the wine’s cherry-eucalyptus profile is almost Brunello-like. This was the favorite during a recent member seminar in July.
