2021 Linda Falls Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Limit: 6 Bottles
The 2021 Linda Falls Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon stands as the most powerful expression of the vintage—dark and commanding, yet exquisitely refined. Aromas of roses, ripe cherries, and dark cocoa powder rise from the glass, leading into a palate that marries richness with elegance. Beneath its strength lies a polished beauty, promising decades of graceful evolution.
2019 SVV Cabernet Sauvignon
Limit: 6 Bottles
Completely surrounded by oak woodlands and part of the St. Helena AVA, our Spring Valley Vineyard sits next to the historic Stone Cellar and winery where Heitz Cellar has made wine for over six decades. These vines of Cabernet Sauvignon are planted on a rolling knoll with an incredible aspect and elevation. The west-facing slope, just below BOND’s “Quella,” receives great exposure from the warm afternoon sun and the incline allows for well-drained soil, giving a unique complexity to the wine and producing concentrated Cabernet while still being balanced and elegant.
2021 SVV Cabernet Sauvignon
Sold Out
SVV (Spring Valley Vineyard), just below BOND’s Quella parcel, was close to Joe Heitz’s heart, as it lies adjacent to his 1898 Stone Cellar and winery. The “moon dust” volcanic soils in this woodland parcel gave a Cabernet Sauvignon in 2021 that is lively, lithe, and packing a lot of self-assured power on the palate. Perfumes of raspberry, red cherry, and honey emerge on the attack and faint notes of cocoa and caramel decorate its inner-mouth perfumes through the finish. Just 8 barrels produced.
